M8B-- I've seem to have lost nearly half my judges. Not sure what to do right now, to be honest with everyone. I will NOT keep Magick 8 Ball Awards open if I don't have judges to help me. It's much too hard right now for me to do that. I've closed this round up prematurely. I really doubt I was going to get any more "nominations" either, since the round was open for two entire months without many updates. So, I'm basically asking if anyone would please help me finish off what will most likely be the last round of Magick 8 Ball awards (I think). Honestly, I--myself--have lost interest in it as well. I'd rather focus on my fanfiction and music videos, anyway. (My fanfiction is on Fanfiction.net, if anyone is interested. I've got a couple Works In Progress that are really popular.)

Plus with the opening of Supernatural Fanfiction Awards--I figure I'd just focus on that for now.

I don't know if anyone remembers this from last summer--but does anyone want to do the "Summer Free-For-All" again?? Anyone can send me an award to post for ANY video they want the entire summer. Though, this time I'm not posting any rules. I really don't care about the sizes, colors, or shapes. You can make any award that you want. (The more creative the better.) What does everyone think?

I'm also working on a new layout right now. Getting bored with the old one--and I'd like to re-vamp the entire thing while I'm at it. Add more graphics. I just need a couple good ideas!

Magick 8 Ball Awards- Awards posted. However, not all of them...Not quite sure but lately, submissions have been decreasing. So, I think that we're going to combine the "April" and "May" rounds this time. Also, as most have noticed, my judges have become pretty busy with life and don't really have time to make up awards...So, I'm thinking that I should have "BACK-UP" judges for all the categories. Is anyone interested? And does anyone have any ideas on how to increase the "nominations"?

SNFA and M8B are both starting new rounds! (Please nominate your stories in the correct areas! For example: Round Two of SNFA.) Judges, please have your choices (and/or awards) ready before March 27, 2006. If there are any problems and you cannot judge, please let me know now, so that I can ask for extra help. Thank you, in advance for all of your help!
One more thing: I just heard this new song on the radio, "Girl Next Door" By Saving Jane (?) I think. I would really like to make a video on it, but have no way of getting the song, if anyone could perhaps help??? If I can't get the song, then I'll issue it as a Challenge. I (Personally) think that it fits Lana and Chloe of Smallville to a "T", but it could probably fit Cordelia and Willow (Buffy), or Isabel and Maria (Roswell) or such characters. There's this one line that just hits it. "You're a cheerleader and I'm in the marching band... prom queen and I'm the girl next door."

SNFA News: Someone commented that Rule #13 of SNFA was poorly worded and though I am upset at how this person worded their request to me, I wanted to be reasonable so that I would not offend anyone else. I will re-word Rule #13. SLASH (homosexual, usually male/male fiction or videos) will be accepted. I wanted to explain to EVERYONE how the awards work. I, myself, do NOT judge the stories alone. I currently have 12 (TWELVE!!!) judges that help me. The decisions they make are final. I do not really have much of a say as to which stories win what awards, except for the "BEST STORY" category, and in that case I ONLY read the stories that have WON in the category awards. In this way, I try not to be 'biased' in any way and give the stories that have won a fair chance. I hope that this clears up any misunderstandings and hope that my 'mis-wording' can be forgiven.

Alright everyone! Some updates for you: (1) Welcome to new judges, Anna (Best Trailer-- *NEW Category*) and Kasandra (Best Seasonal). Welcome to the team. (2) If anyone else would like to judge at M8B, just either email me, tag me, or "comment" below. All you need to do is invent a new category. (3) A new award site will soon be opening! It will be a SUPERNATURAL Fanfiction award site only. However, I'm running into a small problem. I can't really think of a cool site name. I don't want to call the thing "supernatural fanfiction awards"...which I'm leaning towards, 'cause I can't think of anything. I've come up with a couple things, but none that really astound me. If anyone has any suggestions though, that would be awesome. (4) I'm still waiting on a few more awards before I post Winners of the January Round. Hopefully, I can do them this weekend. Unfortunately, it's the only time I've got left. I really do thank everyone for the help. You are awesome. (5) One more thing, the new fanfiction award site will need JUDGES. I'm sorry everyone, awards are really late this round; I haven't finished them all yet. I need Most Unique, Shipper, Lifetime Movie, Action, Tearjerker, Seasonal, Episodic, and Rariety categories to be judged still. If anyone can help us; it would be really wonderful. I'm not quite sure if it's just my email or something; though a couple of judges have chosen to drop out. I now have an opening for the BEST SEASONAL category, if anyone would like to join the team. I am always looking for new judges.

Goodbye to long time judges KaraZone and Crybaby. Thank you both so much for EVERYTHING. You are my sisters, and the best friends a woman could ask for. The winners have been announced, but I haven't made any awards yet...so, I hope that everyone can be patient until I can come up with something awesome! Also, I just bought Premiere Elements and I desperately need help figuring the thing out. (Does ANYONE know how to change the color of only ONE thing in a scene? Like for example, change a shirt color from blue to red.) Is it even possible? I really hope so, because that's why I bought the program.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Sensue.net! New fanlisting is now completed: The Journey Home. Supernatural Episode 9: Home Fanlisting. New Fanfiction will be posted soon...as well as updates for some of the Works in Progress. (Anyone interested in reading my current stories: please visit Fanfiction.net.) JUDGES: So far, I've only received awards from THREE judges... I know we've got a couple more days, but I'm starting to get worried. Please let me know if there are any problems. I've got some incredibly horrible people hacking into my domain. So far, only one dumbass named Cyberlord has claimed to be responsible for this. Trust me, the fact that someone believes that my domain is worthy of "hacking" is sort of laughable, considering this is just my personal fan site. The only thing that I can think of is that these people don't have any lives other than to just annoy me. I've got backups of all my files, so hopefully I can replace what they destroy with little or no time. It's annoying and the person/people doing this should be ashamed of themselves. What you are doing is wrong. I am paying for this. Get a life. If anyone notices missing pages, please let me know. I'll do my best to get them back up without haste. God, I'm pissed off.

Okay, I finally posted my newest story, Asylum Epilogue under "Misc. Fanfiction". It is, by far, the most read story I've ever wrote. Trust me, I am incredibly impressed by the reviews and thank everyone for encouraging me to finish it. I will, of course, try to finish the stories under WIP...as soon as I get some new ideas. Oh, and I also added more award sites to the list and fixed the "hiatus" status of the sites on it.

Winners are announced. Thanks so so so much everyone for all of your help. I definitely couldn't have done it without you! You rock. Okay, a couple announcements: 1. I just bought a new computer...it has NOTHING on it, no programs, so until I buy them. I probably won't be able to update until I can buy a flash drive to transfer my files to the new computer. (I've got so much stuff that even DVDs won't hold it, LOL.) Sensue.net has got a new affiliate: Supernatural central. New Fanfiction: "Asylum Epilogue". (Haven't posted it yet, it's on Fanfiction.net under Sensue.) I've gotten massive reviews for that one. Everyone seems to like it. Again, thanks a bunch! WE DID IT!!!

Lots of updates. New Layout: Supernatural (new design) I LOVE that show; I thought the old "menu" was much too long. It was starting to annoy me to have to scroll down the page to get anywhere, so I think this is better. New affiliate: Desert Rose. New artwork in Forever Waiting donated by Daniella and Jenny. Thanks girls! I also re-opened "Unveiling Beauty", my fanart site because it's been five months and I haven't posted any new fanart. I figured that if I make anything else, I'll just post it there. (But mostly, I'm just coming up with new layouts anyway, so there's no point, unless anyone wants some of my old wallpapers or something.) **Oh, I've also been considering opening a "Supernatural Music Video Archive"... but want to know if it will be used before going crazy and figuring out how to work the scripts.**

Updates galore! Jenny's site "Witches and Aliens United" has been converted into "Hopeless Romantic Awards". (Under Award Sites)

Winners are posted. However, many judges were unable to send me the awards for this round because of school, work, homelife, etc. So, I'm sorry that the awards don't seem as "fair" as usual, but I had to go with what I had. (Oh...and if you please don't mind, I think I've answered (literally) twenty emails that have asked me when awards are posted...as well as tagged messages. I don't mind, but everyone was driving me crazy (I mean, I know that I always have awards up on time, but since I've got so many judges, it's hard to do that). How about everyone gives me an extra week 'room' to get them up?...then you can drive me crazy!)

New Layout. (Halloween-y). It's a scene from Firefly, "Safe". It is one of my favorite scenes. River is about to be burned at the stake for being a "witch" (hence the Halloween...), and her brother Simon fights for her life. Once he realizes that those people are NOT going to let her go, he jumps up on the scaffold, puts his arms around her and tells them to "Light it." Truly the most powerful scenes in the whole show. That's why I used it as my new layout. I'm not quite sure if I'll leave it up past Halloween though...I still feel like something is missing from the image. (Not sure what though...) Oh, and if you missed the last update, I'll post it again. I made "JUDGE's Buttons" finally. Pick one up if you are a judge. I'm also planning on making more, but don't know when I'll get to it.

The Review Section is up and running. (Currently, 4 reviews are requested, mine requested as well.) What I've decided to do is to put ALL reviews under the Vidder's Name. That way, all the reviews will be up in one section. What I'll do is put in a comment that lets you know "WHAT" video is being reviewed at that time. (Look at the review section for an example of what I'm trying to get across and doing horribly.)

Alright everyone, I finally thought of how I can setup a "review" section. I'm going to use comment fields--similar to the "comments" sections of each update; If you want a review, you have to 'apply' first, then once every week or so, I'll add you to the "review" section, where anyone who wants to comment on your video can do so. Like the previous Forum rules, if you want a review, please give one as well. (So hopefully, it will be even amount of reviews.) What do you think? I'm setting it up now, and I'll just use my video as an example of how it will look like.

[#Best Song Awards are up] (*BEST SFX AWARDS ARE UP!!!) ALL AWARDS ARE POSTED! Finally, I know. This round was SO HARD!!! There were simply too many videos to choose from. Unfortunately, I had to go with my gut--no matter how much I wanted to give EVERYONE awards. (I especially liked "Perfect", the Degrassi: the Next Generation video. It's one of my favorites. Unfortunately, when it came down to making it an award, I COULDN'T find any pictures. I'm not familiar with the show at all and don't know where to find them. If anyone could give me an idea where to look? --I even google'd it!)

I need help; I have the perfect idea for a video and I desperately need a good song for it. (If you have any suggestions, just comment below.)
Okay, here's my idea (it's been done before, I know...but trust me when I say there's a twist. ;)
Angel is in love with his friend's girl; he wants her desperately--enough to make a deal with the devil. Except the devil has twisted ways; he takes the "wish" and corrupts it--the woman that he loves is no longer the same. She's a monster. The song that I want should be "dark" and mysterious. I don't care if there are lyrics as long as the lyrics fit the story that I want to get across. I don't care about tempo of the music; If not, I'm going to just have to use Apocalyptica again. LOL. (They are my one-size-fit-all awesome band.)

New Rule M8B: We have now noticed many people using Megaupload, and such programs...unfortunately, these popular sites are now requiring a "fee" in order to access the files within their system. Obviously, we don't want to pay for the pleasure of watching your videos, as much as we want to. So, if you are going to post more than one video in your internet life, I would recommend you to just find or buy a internet host to create your own site...and fill it with your files. Welcome to the new Sensue.net!
I really hope that you like the changes that I have made to the site. Obviously, the biggest one is that everything is all in one place. (No more Prophecy End, Unveiling Beauty, & Purple Skies.) It makes it easier to update ONE site than three of them. I felt guilty for not adding anything for a couple months. As you explore the new site you will find some new stuff: New Fanfiction (Roswell) called "Destiny Realized". New Music Video (Couple) called "Understanding". I also, unfortunately had to take down my music video awards--though I kept a text record. (I wanted to keep the images down to keep from exceeding bandwidth...also, most of the sites are closed now. If the site is still open, I added their links to "Awards" section.) I wanted to thank SLA and BCA for the awards for my videos. Thank you so much! As for affiliates, I added as many as I could remember. I'm really sorry if I missed you, just tag me to let me know and I will update your links.
